Churchtown Farm Community Nature Reserve, Saltash, Cornwall, England.
`nyssi and I planned to go out for the day so we set out to Churchtown Farm. At first the sky was really hazy so some of the photos we took were a little off. Still, the day picked up with the weather and sky playing nicely with us. It was a really good walk with three trails (we did all three), some lovely views and we managed to spot some wildlife we hadn't before. Awesome.
I noticed this scene as I looked back, took a few shots and decided to climb up this hill to set up my tripod for some better composed and zoomed in shots. At first there weren't any clouds in the sky, so I waited for a little for a few to drift by and there you have it!

I appreciate and reply to all comments, I just don't reply on my deviation page because (1) I don't like it looking messy with lots of replies (I could hide them but I don't like hiding such things) (2) I like the number of comments I've received to be accurate and only show actual comments, not count replies as a comments.
Lovley! It's brightly warm with colours and crisp feel to it though I wonder if it wouldn't looked better without the cloud behind the tree perhaps? Lovely shot anyway ^^
Hmm strange. I'm not sure what the colours look like on your monitor, but they seem fine on mine. The shot is very colourful, but a good amount of that is down to the polarizer filter on my camera The curves and contrast adjustment was used just to correct the little washed out look of the photo straight out of the cam. I always like to keep my photo edits to a minimum unlike some on here

much too early for that. I keep on expecting a cartoon man to come out and tell me facts about our planet.
I do feel the colours are a bit overbearing on the photo, and makes it harder to pick out detail.
but yeh, fantastic shot, love the angle.
keep it up
