My my, naughty me not updating my journal. It's May 14th and I should have updated this two weeks ago. Oops. I've been rather busy lately trying to take care of some things that were stressing me out. I'm not done yet, but I'm feeling a bit better that some things are getting worked down. So if I haven't been commenting so much then I guess you know the reason why.

Other than that, things have been okay. Weather has been pretty fantastic which is awesome. The down side to it is hay fever which is totally getting on my nerves and warm nights in bed trying to sleep

Oh and I finally found out who sent me the kickarse magnet... the lovely %fangedfem did so many many thanks go out to her She's a sweetheart.

And and and, it's =Ice-11's birthday today (really nice guy) so go give him some birthday love <3

So long March, hello April. Damn, March was a pretty crazy month. Lots of ups, lots of downs. It's been a roller coaster month I can tell you that. Not to mention I submitted way too many journals! Don't worry though, we're all back to my usual one or maybe, if stretching it, two a month postings. So it's April 1st... I'm not really sure how this month will pan out. Less drama, less chaos, less hurt would be nice, but enough of that as I'm a rather private person and quite guarded about my life. Probably more so now than ever

I've changed my Monthly Featured Artist features to just featuring miscellaneous thumbs. I'm doing this so that I have an excuse to browse a hell of a lot more (which is rather fun actually) and also, I figure that if someone likes a thumb, they'll most likely check out the rest of a deviant's gallery. I know I do anyways. My aim is to browse through the new submissions (of several sub categories) every single day and gather some awesome deviations from each month to feature in the next journal. Wish me luck

Oh and a rather cool thing happened days ago. There's this female Blackbird that seems to have a habit of flying down onto the ground after I start reeling in the hose pipe, which is rather brave as we're fairly close and there's lots of noise and movement. I decided to pop into the kitchen to get some sultanas (as there wasn't any more left on the ground), and she let me throw one her way, gobbled it down and let me do it several times. It's awesome. I feel like we're bonding

I'm now back in devious active mode Missed me? Pffft yeah right! Seems like you guys have been busy submitting stuff. I couldn't possibly comment on the amount I had so I cleared a lot, but you can expect to see me around and commenting from now on.

Phew! What a week. Since I've been asked too many times already how my week went, I should probably write about it, right? Right Let's see, the weather wasn't very good at all. I seriously love how it changed for the worse like the day before @Little-Vampire arrived. Now it's the day after she left and the weather is clearing. Pffft!


1. We foolishly decided to take a risk and go out into Plymouth. Not only did the winds batter us, we also got completely soaked. Yes, I completely gave up using the umbrella when I realised that I'd spend all my time wrestling with it! I've never wanted to get home so bad before lol.

2. I totally kicked Dany's arse at most things. Tekken 4 was too funny. I particularly liked how she talked too much crap in the beginning about beating me, only to find that I just needed a warm up. She couldn't win to save her life after that haha!

3. We played several games at the arcades in Torquay (did I mention that I won quite a lot? ). One being air hockey and boy, that was interesting. The puck basically flew off the table and hit the grabbing machine thingies. A couple looked at us really weird. Good job they weren't passing 'cause it could've decapitated them So while I was laughing my head off about it and kinda unable to play, Dany decided to try and cheat by continuing. Lesson one, cheating doesn't pay off. She scored in her own goal LOL.

1. @Little-Vampire is supposed to have a reputation of being evil. I can assure you that's all complete BS. Fact is, she's really not. She's very cool, funny and sweet.

2. Simplicity in cooking really works well at times. I ate things I thought would be too basic only to realise they actually tasted good.

3. Dany raises her eyebrow a lot and makes a lot of expressions. I found myself teasing her by copying them

Well well, there's really too much that happened and too much to write so I'll leave it there. So yep, I had a great week. Yes Dany is a really nice person. I think that about covers the questions! By the way, there are no photos. Dany tried hopelessly to get some of me but I just hid behind her Sorry!
