So long March, hello April. Damn, March was a pretty crazy month. Lots of ups, lots of downs. It's been a roller coaster month I can tell you that. Not to mention I submitted way too many journals! Don't worry though, we're all back to my usual one or maybe, if stretching it, two a month postings. So it's April 1st... I'm not really sure how this month will pan out. Less drama, less chaos, less hurt would be nice, but enough of that as I'm a rather private person and quite guarded about my life. Probably more so now than ever

I've changed my Monthly Featured Artist features to just featuring miscellaneous thumbs. I'm doing this so that I have an excuse to browse a hell of a lot more (which is rather fun actually) and also, I figure that if someone likes a thumb, they'll most likely check out the rest of a deviant's gallery. I know I do anyways. My aim is to browse through the new submissions (of several sub categories) every single day and gather some awesome deviations from each month to feature in the next journal. Wish me luck

Oh and a rather cool thing happened days ago. There's this female Blackbird that seems to have a habit of flying down onto the ground after I start reeling in the hose pipe, which is rather brave as we're fairly close and there's lots of noise and movement. I decided to pop into the kitchen to get some sultanas (as there wasn't any more left on the ground), and she let me throw one her way, gobbled it down and let me do it several times. It's awesome. I feel like we're bonding

Fallen for many April Fools pranks? If I'm honest, I seriously disliked the GD one :\

I really enjoy giving back to the community and giving people the chance to experience a subscription, so around the 1st of every month I'd like to give away a subscription to a deviant that wants/deserves it.

As well as me doing what I love (putting a smile on someone's face), it's also a good way to do something nice for your fellow deviants and spread the dA love. Simple details and guidelines on what to do can be viewed in this journal.

Featured photograpy is updated every month with a new deviations. I try to feature deviations that are not ultra popular and/or deserve more attention than they currently get.
